Privacy Policy

App Analytics is a private dashboard used by its operator to review app performance. This policy explains how its Google AdMob and Google Analytics integration handles data.

Effective and last updated: August 31, 2026

Data accessed

With the operator's explicit Google OAuth consent, App Analytics requests only the read-only scopes needed to view AdMob account, app, and reporting data and Google Analytics 4 account, property, data-stream, and reporting data.

The integration does not request permission to edit AdMob or Google Analytics resources. It does not request Google profile or email scopes.

How data is used

Google data is used only to discover resources selected by the operator, create app-to-resource mappings, display normalized performance summaries, compare 7-day and 28-day periods, and report safe synchronization status in the private dashboard.

Storage and protection

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. App Analytics stores normalized performance snapshots and safe status codes; it does not retain raw Google API responses, Google profile data, or plaintext OAuth tokens. Administrative access is restricted to a private network and protected by password and TOTP authentication.

Sharing and disclosure

Google user data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for advertising, credit, or unrelated profiling. Access is limited to the operator and infrastructure required to run the private dashboard.

Retention, deletion, and revocation

Connection credentials and normalized snapshots are retained only while needed to operate the integration. Removing a Google connection deletes its locally stored encrypted credentials. Access can also be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Deletion requests can be sent to the contact address below.
